“Fitness is a lifestyle. With my passion for exercise, I believe that I can improve people’s lives and get them to their results. That is why I decided to move across the country from Wisconsin to attend Arizona State University and major in Exercise and Wellness. I am a NASM certified personal trainer and believe I have what it takes to help people reach their fitness goals. I have been with Fit Society coaching group classes and working with 1-on-1 clients for 7 years. I have since then become a Mobility WOD Movement and Mobility Specialist, completed my level 2 Functional Movement Screen, and have participated in continuing education with weightlifting as well. I love coaching group classes and being a positive role model to participants while pushing them to reach their potential. Nothing is impossible and I believe that you can reach your goals and get the results you are looking for by sweating past your comfort zone, leaving yours mark on the floor!
