Fit Society Kids
What is it?
Fit Society Kids allows your kids was built to allow your kids to experience the same great community you do with a similar movement mindset. We move the kids through an hour structured class starting from a warm-up, strength, work out of the day “WOD”, and finish with a cooldown stretch. Many of the classes include exercises disguised as games, relays, or teamwork drills. We welcome all skill levels of kids ages 7-11.
The ongoing month-to-month classes focus and reinforces the concepts of the 9 foundations movements of exercise: Squat, Back Squat, Front Squat, Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift, and Med Ball cleans. Consistency though proper movement is always a priority before intensity.

✔4-5pm (A great time for you to workout with the adult class)
