Our Program

We understand that everyone has different lifestyles, fitness backgrounds, and preferred methods of exercise. One thing that remains constant in supporting  those many methods is our 5 Components of Fitness Program.

01 : Nutrition

The first component is proper nutrition. Nutrition is 75-80% of your success when it comes to changing your body composition. It is important to eat the correct quantity and quality of calories to have high energy and lose body fat.

These percentages and calories are different for everyone, so one of the things we do is provide our members with a nutrition plan that is personalized for your body, food preferences, and goals.

02 : Cardio

The second component is cardiorespiratory exercise. This is the quickest way to burn the most amount of calories in the shortest amount of time. It also exercises the most import muscle in our body, which is the heart. Our program is geared towards burning calories in the most effective way while building your overall endurance and stamina.

03 : Resistance

The third component is resistance training. This component is directly correlated to increasing your strength and is crucial both fat loss and muscle gain. Performed properly, it allows you to increase your lean mass which in turn increases your metabolism and allows you to burn more calories.

04 : Recovery

Our fourth component to achieving overall fitness is recovery. In addition to exercise, your body needs adequate time to focus on recovering and repairing itself. This process can be achieved while you are sleeping, taking rest days, foam rolling, mobilizing and stretching.

05 : Accountability, Motivation, Guidance

The final component is accountability, motivation, and guidance. We understand it’s not enough to know; we help to ensure you do. Our program is centered on motivation, encouragement, and accountability to not only assist you in reaching your goals, but to maintain them for life.
