Group training

Group training is our bread and butter.

Day in and day out, the core of what we do is this: get a group of people in a room, work hard, have a blast, and leave sweating and smiling. It’s our homebase and our heartbeat, it’s what we love, and it’s the primary vehicle to drive our mission forward.

All of our classes are split into two tracks to accommodate all fitness levels.

Fitness

Fitness workouts are programmed for the beginner and intermediate exerciser in mind and consist of high intensity functional training combining weights and cardio. In a Fitness workout you will see longer in duration, station, and circuit based workouts programmed.

Performance

Performance workouts are programmed with the intermediate to advanced exerciser in mind. These workouts often present a strength bias combined with a focus on higher skill and complex movements. Additionally, you will see conditioning pieces that are scored for time and reps combined with functional body building.


 

All class participants have the option to pick and choose which workout (or parts of both) they want to do. Our coaches are there to help you scale and modify movement and loads accordingly to fit your individualized exercise needs/wants.

Regardless of which workout you choose for the day, one thing certain is our Fit Society Team of coaches will continue to lead our group of like-minded members, that are all about being better today than yesterday, to the best of our abilities day in and day out!
