CoachWhen I started my fitness career just helping friends and family I knew I found “my place.” I participated in every sport you can think of growing up including rowing Crew for 3 years and playing the Cello for 12. Being able to enjoy all of those activities is what motivates me to help clients. I truly believe the gym is our place to stay healthy so we can enjoy all other aspects of life.  In my free time, I enjoy playing golf & hanging out with friends and my 3 cats.
